    About Wild Kitchen

    Jamies Philosophy

    My name is Jamie and I started Wild kitchen to spread the word, that food does not have to be complex or difficult to work with the seasons, while also reducing our impact on the environment.


    We grow the majority of our food here on our small holding in South West Wales,  using lost techniques and skills to ensure the harvest lasts, while introducing new and unique flavours to our daily life's.


    Come and reconnect with nature and learn how to to be self sustainable.  Our courses are held in small groups for all levels to learn while getting to experience some tasty treats along the way.

    At Wild Kitchen we will enhance your skills from starting a fire, growing your own food to learning how your micro biome works and how to boost it using fermentation.  Its a back to nature approach enhancing your mental health and ability to enhance your cooking skills.

      We offer courses for all levels from an introduction to fire cooking and growing food, up to our fermentation and food preservation techniques


      The duration of our courses varies depending on the type of course. We offer short-term courses that run for 4 hours to some that run for a whole weekend.


      Yes, feel free to ping us a message and we will be happy to share some options, including some amazing eco huts just round the corner.


      Yes we do indeed.  Just send us an email with the course and date you are looking to attend and we will let you know if any spaces come free


      All of our courses will be outside under cover.  So bring along clothing and shoes to cope with the varying weather in Wales.  Also feel free to bring along a note book, camera etc to take notes.  All other materials are provided.


      YES 100%.  We shall contact you via email prior to the event to ensure you are fully catered for. 


      Yes we have a parking area, although if you can please share a vehicle with a friend if coming in a group.  less traffic then down the lanes.
